About the data processing

Webshop software

Our webshop is developed with software from Lightspeed. Personal data that you make available to us for our services, are shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, Lightspeed is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Web hosting

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Combell. Combell processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata on the use of the services. This is not personal data. Combell has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Under the terms of the agreement, Combell is bound to secrecy.

Web hosting

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Combell. Combell processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes

E-mail and mailing lists

We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into
whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties as part of this. We use the services of combell for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Combell does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic as confidential.

Payment processors

To handle (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory periods.

Reviews

We collect reviews through the platform of Kiyoh. If you leave a review through Kiyoh you are required to provide your name, city and email address. Kiyoh shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Kiyoh also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Kiyoh may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with Kiyoh. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Kiyoh has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Kiyoh reserves the right to use third parties for the provision of services, for this we have given permission to Kiyoh. Shipping and logistics

PostNL When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of executing the agreement. If PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting

For our administration and accounting we use the services of Lightspeed and Mollie. We share your name, address and place of residence information and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner, Lightspeed and Mollie have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use. Lightspeed and Mollie are bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Lightspeed and Mollie will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
